KPMG Law has won a territory planning dispute in the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania on December 2019. 

The court has provided an important interpretation on regulation of territory planning procedures, i.e. if the decision to initiate and organize the planning of the land plot is passed, then no later decision to initiate and organize the planning of the same land plot can be passed if the planning procedures under the first decision are not finalized.
